About Susan Zongker

Searching for a Realtor who will make you feel right at home?

Having over 25 years of experience, plus being a "Carolina" native has it's advantages.  Susan has an extensive knowledge of the housing market in Charlotte and surrounding areas.  She knows how to navigate the process and handle tough issues that often arise.  Susan understands each transaction is unique, and can pivot to accomodate accordingly.  In addition to being a Broker/Realtor, she has also worked in the new construction industry as a builder's representative.

Susan grew up in Statesville, NC and moved to "the big city" in her early adult years.  She and her husband, Randy, reside in northern Charlotte/Mecklenburg. 

During her free time, Susan enjoys gardening and spending time with Randy and their kitty cats, at their RV "getaway" in the NC mountains.
